Take I-81 N to exit 69- Blountville, take a right at the bottom of the ramp on Hwy 394. Exit right on Hwy 11/19 toward Johnson City. Take a left on Hwy 19 E toward Elizabethton. Pass Elizabethton 4 miles and take a left on Hwy 321/67. Stay on Hwy 67 toward Mountain City. At the first light take a right on Hwy 421.
